1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services Provided

Northwest Flooring and Carpentry LLC provides professional flooring installation, finish carpentry, and related services within Washington State (and Oregon upon licensing approval). All services are subject to written proposals or contracts agreed upon by both parties.

3. Estimates & Proposals

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

  • Final pricing may change if scope, materials, or site conditions differ from the original estimate.

  • Written approval (via signature, email, or text confirmation) is required before work begins.

4. Deposits & Payments

  • A deposit may be required before work commences.

  • Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly interest fee or the maximum allowed by Washington law.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance of scheduled work.

  • Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has begun.

  • Rescheduling will be accommodated where possible, but availability is not guaranteed.

6. Materials & Warranties

  • Materials purchased through Northwest Flooring and Carpentry LLC may carry manufacturer warranties.

  • We do not guarantee materials purchased directly by the customer.

  • Workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year unless otherwise stated in your contract.

7. Liability & Site Access

  • Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the project site.

  • Northwest Flooring and Carpentry LLC is not liable for delays caused by weather, supply chain issues, or customer delays.

  • We carry appropriate licensing and insurance in Washington State.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northwest Flooring and Carpentry LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or services.

9. Website Content

All content on www.nwfloorexperts.com, including text, images, and logos, is owned by Northwest Flooring and Carpentry LLC and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes will be handled in Washington courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Northwest Flooring and Carpentry LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new “Effective Date.”
